Sunshine House Hotel - George Town

Had a sweet as stay! Spotlessly clean, decent free coffee, and a solid rooftop terrace to chill.

Location: the hotel was near Chulia Street and Love Lane, see sights in the town and the Georgetown. The a double room I had was new-fashioned...

The food was nice, with a great selection of options. The staff were both excellent and helpful.

The mattress in the room was comfortable. Free WiFi worked reliably throughout my stay.

The lighting in the room was low and warm white. Plus, the lack of windows, and with no electrical plugs next to the bed, charging devices overnight was a hassle. On top of that, the presence of smoke in the hallways wasn't exactly pleasant either.

Free laundry service!

Had a proper lovely stay! The location was mint, walking distance to loads of amazing food spots. The vibe was cozy and the staff took care of me like family. Only downside was a bit of noise at night, so bring earplugs!

The cleanliness was amazing, with super clean shared bathrooms and common areas. The location is perfect only minutes on foot from nearby attractions, and I thoroughly enjoyed the free coffee and laundry facilities.

Great location in an authentic neighborhood. Walking distance to major attractions and food stalls. Free laundry facilities and coffee available. Helpful staff and clean accommodations. Rooftop terrace is a nice bonus! ☕.

The Economy Double Room provided asuper clean and cozy space. Enjoyed complimentary drinking water and the convenience of a microwave and refrigerator in the pantry. While the lack of soundproofing led to some disturbances at night, the friendly service and access to laundry facilities were appreciated.

Loved the spacious room, rooftop drying area, and free laundry! The location was perfect for exploring, too.

The location was fantastic, great to easily walk to nearby food stalls that offered mouthwatering local dishes. The guesthouse was spotlessly clean and provided a warm, cute atmosphere. We particularly loved the rooftop, where we could enjoy the fresh air while hanging out our laundry. The kitchen was well-equipped, made preparing meals for the kids easy.

The only slight downside was occasional noise in the evenings, hard for the kids to drift off quickly.

Can just recommend for a relaxing holiday

Great location, comfortable mattress, with great amenities including strong and reliable WiFi and free laundry services, made our stay enjoyable, especially with the convenient distance from the airport.

Nothing could be improved.
